BT Pro Rapid Test Kit is a lateral flow assay that determines a qualitative level for the presence of beta-lactams and tetracyclines antibiotic residues in raw cow’s milk. This test is designed for on-site rapid detection or daily control in laboratories.
Beta-lactams and Tetracyclines Pro Rapid Test Kit
Beta-lactam antibiotics are a wide range of antibiotics, including penicillin and its derivatives, cephalosporins, monoamide rings, carbapenems and penicillene enzyme inhibitors etc. β-lactam antibiotics (β-lactams) refer to a large class of antibiotics with β-lactam ring in the chemical structure. Basically all antibiotics that include β-lactam core in their molecular structure belong to β-lactams Antibiotics.
Tetracycline is an organic compound with the molecular formula C₂₂H₂₄N₂O₈. It and its salts are yellow or light yellow crystals. They are extremely stable in a dry state. Except for chlortetracycline, the aqueous solutions of other tetracyclines are quite stable. Tetracyclines are soluble in dilute acids, alkalis, etc., slightly soluble in water and lower alcohols, but insoluble in ether and petroleum ether.Tetracycline is a representative drug of tetracycline antibiotics, with a broad antibacterial spectrum, and obvious antibacterial effect on most Gram-positive and negative bacteria.
Scope Of Application:
Fresh raw milk (cattle and sheep), raw milk stored at 2 ~ 8 ℃ (cattle and sheep, within 3 days).
Experimental Preparation:
Restore the sample and kit to room temperature.
Operation Steps:
1. Open the test paper barrel, take out the micropores and break off the required number of micropores. Put the rest back into the test paper bucket and cover the cover of the test paper bucket immediately to prevent the reagent in the test paper bucket from getting wet.
2. Mix the sample evenly and suck 200 μ L in micropores, blow and mix evenly for 5 ~ 10 times, and incubate at 40 ℃ for 5min.
3. Take out the required number of test strips, cover the end of the test strip barrel, and then mark one end of the absorbent paper of the test strip.
4. Insert one end of the sample pad of the test strip into the micropore and react at 40 ℃ for 5min.
5. Scrape off the sample pad of the test strip and interpret the results immediately (interpretation at other times is invalid).
Precautions:
1. Do not mix different batches of test strips and micropores.
2. It is recommended to wear clean disposable gloves for operation.
3. Retest the positive test results.
4. The test paper barrel shall be used up within 1 week after opening, and the unused reagent shall be stored at 2 ~ 8 ℃.
5. This product is only used for preliminary screening.
