The tapping homogenizer, also known as a sterile homogenizer, allows the extraction of bacteria directly from solid samples. The sample is simply added to a sterile sample bag with the original sample (large pieces need to be cut into approximately 10 x 10mm pieces) and the diluent, and then the bag is placed into the tapping homogenizer, where the tapping and hammering of the blades generates pressure, causes oscillation, and accelerates mixing, resulting in a uniform distribution of the microbial components in the solution. It effectively separates the microorganisms contained within and on the surface of the solid sample and ensures that the entire sample is mixed in a sterile bag. The homogenized sample can be used as a representative original for subsequent analysis without the risk of sample variation and cross-contamination. The use of disposable sterile homogenization filter bag isolation operation to ensure hygiene and safety, no contact with the instrument, no sample leakage
